My advice is to spend the money to get some decent poles if you want to take your own. I also am finding that the Glucosamine and Fish oil supps are taking the cracking sounds out of my knees.</p>

And not that I&#096;m going to spend the trip listening to slamming music &#8211; I&#096;m taking one of <a href="http://www.legendmemory.com/modules.php?op=modload&amp;name=News&amp;file=article&amp;sid=2413" rel="nofollow ugc">these</a> along as well. Cheap to the point that if it gets damaged &#8211; I wont shed any tears.</p>
