MemberWell here we all are safe and sound back in Australia. Thanks Gail for making it all possible with such wonderful staff. John, Brenden, Tom, Lu Lu, Wayne….and all the others that made it such a great experience.
It was a very succesful trip for us with all the kids back in one piece and all healthy. Gareths feet are healing quickly. Tell John it was a form of a Planter Wart with the middle part falling out because of the moisture and the continued pressure of walking on it.
Once again thanks for such a wonderful trip

MemberWhat great ambassadors the boys have been for KokodaTrekking.
I couldn't believe it when we took them out for a day on the track. We also enlisted them to help us and this years Kokoda Kids to mark the track for the event. Here we were struggling up one of the steepest hills on the course and out of a backpack comes a ukelele and they start singing.
The Kokoda Kids absolutley loved their company and we can hardly wait to meet up again in September when we come over. It's something we are all looking forward to.
The poor boys did suffer though with one of the coldest spells we've had for years.
We took some of them out last weekend for a boat trip to Stradbroke Is and they all had a great time playing touch footy and volleyball with the kids and a BBQ luunch.
Hopefully I can attach a photo below of Brendan when they visited Movie World and they made our local newspaper.
Once again, thank you boys you have made your country proud..
