Although I wonder what the difference is between glucosamine chondritin and it&#039;s &quot;ultra&quot; counterpart.Did it take a long time for the glucosamine to &quot;kick in&quot;? I&#039;ve been on it for a year so perhaps thats not long enough&hellip;</p>
