Update Saturday morning:Trek 143B: Trekkers left Efogi this morning heading for Naoro where they will spend the night.Trek 143A: Trekkers spent last night at Naoro and will spend tonight at Ofi Creek.All trekkers will then join together at Va'Ule Creek and walk out together at Ower's Corner around midday on Monday

Upon receipt of this letter received from the Kokoda Primary School, Kokoda Trekking Ltd decided to donate a lawn mower for their use.The lawn mower was purchased from Brian Bell and sent down to Kokoda. I have been advised by sat phone this morning from Russell Eroro in Popondetta that trekkers got away bright and early and decided to take the short cut from the block up to Kovello instead of going back through the Kokoda Station. He told me to expect an update from their guide Kingsley Boropi sometime today when they have reached their destination:

All trekkers have made it to Isurava Village where they will spend the night. According to our guide they all did extremely well today. Thomas caught up with the group along with the porter we hired to wait for him in Kokoda.
