Sue said to remind you to look out for the leaches on the slippery decline . We have been worried that we have not seen you in any pictures after the group shots, your not bashful are you? The week has gone fast for us on the sideline looking on we hope you have had time to saviour the experience.

Hope the legs are holding out for you. Photos of the group and country looks great. We are following the treck are dont envy the effort it must be taking walking the track so far. Are the climbs and decents as difficult as they look? Hang in there we are all thinking of you and sending positive vibes to keep you strong and cheer you on.
