    Hi babe (Kris).

Hope you're travelling OK and the blisters are under control. We have not had a status report since Friday but I'm sure we'd hear if there was a medevac happening ? via the Australian papers.

The meal at the club was terrible last night, only Cajun crusted chicken breast, lamb with toasted almonds, Saffron rice, jacket potatoes with sour cream, lot's of salads, bread rolls and chocolate cake.

Kids are still OK ? just one lot of tears from each of Sam and William so far.

Went to lawn bowls on the tennis court at the club tonight and it was great fun ? should be a long term winner as its at a gentle pace, the kids can get involved and plenty of opportunity for amber fluids. Left at 10 pm and William crashed on that long trip home.

I can confirm that the Snake is distraught. Symptoms include excessive consumption of Crownies and heading out on the water to get away from it all.

    Missing you.

    Greetings from sunny Lihir

Well done guys, it sounds like you are all coping really well. I just thought I'd let the two Sue's know I had Alec yesterday & he had a good day, I also saw Anneke & Maddy at the club & they were both smiling & seemed happy. Look forward to hearing all about your adventure on your return.Keep up the great work!

    Love the Pembertons
