I did a lot of my preparation with a pack on the Toowoomba Range – Redwood Track and in the Mt Mee State Forest (just north of Brisbane near Dayboro) and some cardio training in the gym jogging and on the stair master. That was enough to get me prepared for the walk.Katie

Equipment info I got included:Sleeping bags – get one rated to 0 degrees.Sleeping Mats – the thin foam mats were too thin and you don't get a good night sleep.
