Wow…a year? I am about 10 weeks out, (going to Trek with my brother, so feel my preparation time has been shortened!!).I am Perth based and will be looking to do some walks (other than up and down Jacob's ladder) over the coming weeks.My prep is only just beginning, but will have to escalate quickly!
