On Wednesday morning we received tragic news that Gail's brother Jim McPaul who had suffered from a brain tumour for more than two years passed away at his home in Shepparton, Australia. He was on life support when he passed away.
It was both very heartbreaking and tearful moment for Gail who tried to pull herself together through her usually busy schedule and between jobs. It was especially hard because she had not only lost her brother her ONLY brother.
We were sad to hear the news and deeply sympathised with Gail Thomas including the wife and two children of her late brother, her mother and father who are still alive and a younger sister. The youngest of the two children is 9 years old and the oldest is 11 years old.
Gail has been working in Papua New Guinea and away from her late brother, including her father and mother and sister for more than 30 years, she had hardly had any time to visit or see them.
She left 6.00 this morning for Australia to attend the funeral service of her brother which is arranged for this Saturday, 15th August.
We take this time to offer our sincerest condolences to Gail and the family of her late brother in Australia. Our prayers will be with you and the family. May you find comfort and courage only through God during this time of grief and to face the future.
