Trek Updates Sunday 6th August

Trek 194: Trekkers John Chase; Bernie Egan; Greg Egan; Irwin Law; Aarathi Vaska; Neil Rangeley; Dianne Westerman; David Neal; Daniel Lee; Shangitha Rajendran and Bruce Dilks all arrived back in from the track yesterday and most returned home to Australia today.

Trek 224:Trekkers, Graham Lewis; David Pelchen; Simon Olding; Colin Burnside; Philip Shaw; Michael Shaw; Alan Frogley; Anthony Cooke; Christopher Ryan; Russell Sanderson; Angus Lumsden; Graeme Miller; Stephen Miller; guides Maureen & Davidson along with our many KTL porters have all made it safely to Efogi where they will spend the night.

In fact they are doing so well they are thinking of coming out a day early and spending an extra night at Loloata Dive Resort.

Update 07/08/06: Trekkers were at Menari when they phoned by sat phone and were planning on walking to Naoro where they plan to stay the night.

Trek 228: All trekkers, namely, Ian Urquhart; Lachie Urquhart; Andrew Urquhart; James Urquhart; Tom Barr-Smith; Ian & Richard Forbes; Randall Wynn; Michael Battle; Dave Bartlett; Thomas Hannam; Cameron Fraser; Richar Tippett; Barry Dimond; Charles, Thomas & Tim Dennis; David Cassidy; Robert Prettejohn; John Davis & Errol Copley with John Derrick Eroro as their guide, will reach Efogi this afternoon where they will spend the night.

Trek Update Tuesday: John Derrick Eroro called to say they were all doing well and that they were at Naoro Village. They will be out as planned on Thursday 10th August.

Trek 169: Trekkers, Stuart Wood (return trekker); Brett Symes; Peter Clements; Evan Wood (21st Birthday Present); Darren Goodwin and Kevin Hiser flew into Kokoda on Sunday and overnighted at Rusty's place. They commenced walking today and it was planned to spend tonight at Isurava Village.

Trek 185: Last Sunday another group commenced walking from Ower's Corner and today walked onto Old Nauro where they will spend the night.

Trekkers include : Nick Bennett; Tarnia Puchlenko; Paul & Sharon Carey; Ross Eason (return trekker) & Robert Van Mourik.

Trek 252: Our lone trekker, John Wheelock has arrived in town and will head out to Kokoda tomorrow to overnight at Rusty's place in Kokoda before heading off on his very own Kokoda trek.
