MemberTwo trekkers arrived yesterday to commence their walk across the track today. After being booked into their accommodation they were taken down to the Royal Papua Yacht Club for a meal before settling in the for the night. This morning they were picked up and driven to Bomana War Cemetery before heading out to Owers' Corner. They will eventually catch up with the other trek of 3 who left yesterday and all 5 will spend the night at Orohaven and fly back together at the end of their trek. Trekkers are:

MemberClement called in tonight to inform me they had reached 1900/Myola Junction and were all sitting around a campfire trying to keep warm. Last night was spent at Efogi. Today they walked from Efogi via Kagi before reaching where they have stopped for thenight. I spoke to Rachael and she informed me they were having a great time and that the boys were really taking care of them. Tomorrow the plan is to head to Eora Creek.

MemberI have not heard from Clement today but the GPS shows them at Isurava. Earlier today they would have crossed over Eora Creek then climbed towards Alola Village where they were supposed to stop for the night. However, it looks as if a decision was made for them to continue walking and to spend the night at Isurava Memorial area. Tonight is the last night on the track and tomorrow they will walk under the archway in Kokoda.

MemberClement has made contact with us. Last night was spent at Eora Creek and today they kept trekking and pulled up for the night at Hoi Village. Trekkers are doing fine and looking forward to walking off the track tomorrow morning.
Photographs below were taken of previous trekkers when they too stayed at Hoi for the night. They are just posted here to give you an idea of where they are camped for their last night on the track.
