-
[*]Colleen Williams
[*]Jayde Livingstone
[*]Amy Walker
[*]Peter Crew
[*]Nathan AlexanderFollowing the service, trekkers were taken to the Australian High Commission for the 'Gunfire' breakfast and later picked up and brought to our base in Boroko.
The photograph below was taken minutes before they boarded the bus which was to take them up to the drop off point at Owers'Corner.
Today, it was planned to have a rather short day and spend the night at Goodwater campsite. This went ahead as planned and later today their guide Shane Thomas informed me they had reached their destination and that they were all relaxing after an early wake up call this morning.

MemberShane called in from Maguli Range today to say that last night they camped at Ofi Creek. Today after Maguli Range they would have passed through Naoro Village before heading down to their destination of Agulogo to spend tonight.
Tomorrow they will reach the half way point of Efogi.

MemberLast night trekkers were at Eora Creek and would have walked across the new cane bridge they have built across the raging creek. I can still recall the roar of that creek as the water pounded on the rocks.

MemberToday trekkers reached Isurava Village. Tomorrow they will walk out in to Kokoda having successfully completed their trek. Earlier today they passed through Isurava Memorial before heading down to where they are now spending the night. They all continue to do well and no doubt at this stage will be excited to know tomorrow they will reach Kokoda.
