MemberHI Isaiah and Mrs Engler,
We just looked at the latest photos and we really liked them, hope you are going well. the paths look very steep. Hope the food is OK.
How many km have you walked? Is it hard work for you? How has the walk been so far?Everything is the same back at school, Ruby and Michael have both had birthdays this week. We will be going to cricket soon.
Happy trekking.

MemberHi Leah and Isaiah, you certainly are in a very beautiful place. You both look great and Isaiah looks so much older all of a sudden. He will be your 'man of the house' and I'm so happy that you are doing this beautiful thing together. On a lighter note, how big are those backpacks? OMG you are so strong. Stay safe!

MemberUpdate 3rd September: Have just spoken to Trevor at 5:30pm. He informed me they commenced walking at 6:30am and that they had just arrived at their destination of Menari. I then asked to speak to Leah and I read out ALL THE MESSAGES posted. I think she was shocked to know so many people are following them along the track via the internet. I asked her to say something that I could pass on to you all so here it is:
She said that Isaiah is the first person in everyday and that today they completed 11 hours of walking and were all looking forward to putting our feet and relaxing. unquote
This was Trevor's plan, he said he was going to take them out slow and then give them a long day once he saw they had settled into the walk.

MemberDear Daddy,
Today I wrote a poem for you at school.
Here it is
My Dad
My Dad is so great
He has an apetite for steak,
My Dads favourite meal is dessert
Because it's delicious with Go-gurt,
My Dad watches football it makes him go crazy
It makes him feel like a world with Daisy,
My Dad is strong
He loves to play ping-pong,
My Dad is my best mate
He always takes me to the fete.I hope you like the poem.
Always love you Mitchy

MemberIsaiah, Leah and all the other football followers
Firstly would like to say to Isaiah, Feedback we are recieving back in the land of OZ is that your the champion trecker, way to go Isaiah very proud of you
Friday night footy results are in, unfortunately the broncos lost to raiders 18-16 leaving them out of the finals for the first time since 1991 they had some bad luck in the end and missed their skipper lockyer who was out from injury.
Our other Queensland team Gold Coast titans managed a 21-18 victory against the tigers.
Keep safe team Ralphy!!!! I will update you with other weekend footy results sunday night.

MemberI just want to firstly say Hi to Mitchell, what a great poem you wrote about your Dad, I had a few tears when I read it. I know he will love it when they read it out to him. He will be sitting by a campfire and his feet will be sore from walking all day but when he hears your poem he won't feel sore any more. You are a little champion and I love you.
Hi there trekkers, keeping 'track' of your whereabouts today and see you are almost halfway there. Lots of support from Oz which is great to see, read the blogs before I go to bed. Australia still doesn't have a feasible government, hope we don't follow the trend overseas and have to wait 6 months before we know. Love to all, Jane x.x.x.
