Update: my son not long ago phoned to advise that 3 out of the 4 trekkers wants to return on our charter tomorrow instead of the following day. I gave the green light so if all goes according to plan, they will arrive back in Port Moresby some time between 9:30-10:30am depending on the weather. Just now another phone call to Russell saying that perhaps all 4 are now thinking of flying in tomorrow.
On the flight tomorrow we have 9 of our boys returning home who walked with the Soc Kienzle group. They will be driven down to the airport at 7am to be weighed and checked in along with our cargo. Once the airline company obtains a weather update from Shane in Kokoda the flight will take off. On average the plane gets away around 8-8:30am. It takes 20 minutes to fly over – then they will unload the freight and turn the plane around for another 20 minute flight back to Port Moresby.

Yesterday I went to Matt's bithday party and we played swim, fishy swim. And I went on the pit and climbed the rope and jumped in while I was on it.

They are getting their laundry washed at the hotel and about to have a sleep after some room service. Then they are planning to relax in the hotel pool.

The four trekkers on Trek #538 arrived safely in Kokoda and back to Port Moresby today, with the exception of BO, who decided to stay back in Kokoda.
We will be meeting them tonight to hear all about their journey.
