What a marvellous thing you do and I can only imagine what your feelings are (besides knackered!!) at this time walking the track that our forefathers/brave soldiers walked and how difficult it was for them physically and emotionally in a time of war. Poor fellas.
Well it must be a wonderful experience for you and I commend you for it and can't wait to hear, at some point, about your tales. Plenty of those for sure.
We have been following your progress each day and we send you lots of energy and love to assist in the grueling task. We hope you are feeling better after feeling bad a day or two ago.
See you here on the Gold Coast sooooonnnn!!!
Love from Merran and Larry.
PS I was having difficulty working our how to leave a reply and IT expert, Karleen, assisted and here we are at last after three goes!!

Member12th October 5pm: GUESS WHAT not only did they recover but they have just walked off the track one day earlier then expected as they are now at our base in KOKODA, 'Orohaven Kokoda Retreat'.
Yes, they decided not to camp another night on the track and live on rations when they could be eating pizza's; curry chicken or whatever takes their fancy.
I guess if they are drinkers, a cold beer might sound ok about now. When Johnsford their guide called in he sounded so HAPPY to report to me that his trekkers had finished their trek as he must have had his worried days along with the rest of us.
So you can all relax as they are no doubt lapping up what our retreat has to offer and will be enjoying their time there in the company of our staff and my son Shane who looks after Orohaven for us.
