MemberHi Q
We have been kept up dated by the kokoda website and there are some great photos.
Apparently conditions are getting a bit tough.
Reid says Hi to Sam and wishes he was there!
Not long now and you will be home with us.

Member28th September: We heard from the track today to say that last night they ended up stopping at the village of Manari.
When they called in today, they were up at Brigade Hill and were about to head down to Efogi.
Paulo informed us that all trekkers and themselves were ok with no problems at this stage.

MemberHi Chris, Sam and Q,
Hope the rain isn't making it too muddy for you, that your tents are holding out and that the mozzies aren't biting. You look like you are doing well in the photos Sam. Hope you are liking the food.

MemberHi Vince
We are receiving great updates and photos and it's comforting to know you are all well and happy.
Everyone at home is cheering for you and looking forward to some great stories.
How many jokes have you told? You are probably running out by now.
Don't forget to stop and smell the roses and remember it's not a race, it's OK to meander.
Your Mum is doing fine and looking forward to your return.
Love from everyone especially me. xoxoxox
PS. I hope your experience on Kokoda far out weighs the loss from your beloved St Kilda.29/09/2009 at 8:17 pm #103163puppydog

Member30th September: Trekkers spent last night at Templeton's Crossing and continue to do well according a call this we received from the track.
As I type this they are no doubt on their way to Eora Creek or possibly Alola as it was hard to hear them on the two way radio due to them being down low and hard to get signals out.
When they start to climb towards Alola and Isurava we will no doubt get another update from them.

MemberHey Chris, Sam and Q,
Glad to hear you are all going so well. I bet you miss having your bath and brushing your hair and teeth Sam – not!
Are Vince's jokes funny? Hope so. Big hugs to you all, love Lorna (Mummsy)30/09/2009 at 6:34 am #103175Sama
Member1:30pm: Have just received a clear radio call from the village of Alola where trekkers have just reached. All continue to do well.
They will have lunch and continue down to Isurava Memorial area where they plan on spending the night.
I told them to call me up if the signal is still clear later tonight so I can read out all your messages as during the day its hard due to the traffic on the radio….its a party line and all trekking companies have access along with villages on the track.
