MemberWe also entered a FAST TREK team and they took out the team event in record time. The first guy completed the 5k course in 19 minutes closely followed by three others. The remaining 5th member of our team came home in 22 minutes. The organising committe remarked that the average time for all five was quite remarkable at around 20 minutes.
They remarked as they left yesterday for Kokoda…..next year we come back and we train not for two weeks but for the whole year and one of us will take out the prize as the first person home coz we want to win a stereo!
