Hi Chris (you're related to the girls by the beach) Piaud,

You're awesome! Photos are great and the scenery is amazing.

It only took me a week longer than your mum to work out how to do this and I'm still not sure if it's going to work!

Can't wait to catch up and hear all about it. However, don't want to know anything about the toilets…..those photos and comments I did find and I'm still having therapy.

    Cheers mate!

    Hi Sam
Sounds like everything is going smoothly & your group is doing really well.
Today in Canberra top temperature has been 9 degrees so i've been imagining being in the Tropics. It sounds like you're at about the halfway mark so it's probably all downhill from now on!!
    Keep on trekking G'pa blink.gif

    Hi Matt,

Mum here, been following your progress every day, the photos are terrific, glad to hear you guys are OK. Auntie Amanda and family send their love. The gang at your work asked how you were going and said hurry back to work! They dont want to do your job anymore! Uncle Steve said he is looking forward to hearing from you when you return.

Love you, Mum, Dad and Alison.

    Hi Sam

We have been following your progress and it looks like you are having a great time. Grandma loved the photos and Poppy will too when we can get him up here, might have to put the jug on and ask him up for a cuppa. Nikola and McKenna said hi. 🙂

    G'day Chris! (Piaud), smile.gif

How are you going??!! We guess by now you will have the tent all worked out! Hope it is behaving well for you! This is amazing – you are in one of the remotest places on earth and we can see daily news and photos of you! Incredible! The scenery looks stunning. Makes us want to be there, too. I bet it is warmer there than here at the moment… it is 3.7degrees C while i am typing this!

    Cheers!

Greetings Jack, sounds like you are all having lots of fun along the track, the updates & photos have been great.
The three little chicks are climbing a glacier this morning and Georgie should be waking up to snow at Perisher – they are all following your progress via the net and have requested some of the tropical heat, without the mud.
Br Mark sends his greetings from Scotland.
You will probably pass the Hooligans today or tomorrow, have the rugby ball ready.
We are all very proud of you and look forward to the stories on your return.
    Love Mum

Update 9th July: David radioed in earlier today from Mt Bellamy the highest point on the track to say they were all ok and heading to Templeton's where they planned on staying the night.

From Mt Bellamy the boys will point out Kokoda and from here on in they will be thinking they are on a home run and will be pretty confident they will get all trekkers to Kokoda.
