On the flight to Kokoda this morning was a guy by the name of Richard Hogg who did not want to walk the whole track but who wanted to walk up to Isurava Monument area and back to Kokoda.
Richard can be seen on the left in this photograph as he lined up beside our 6 day trekkers from trek 410 who headed out to Kokoda on the same aircraft.
In the other photograph inside the aircraft he has the front seat behind the pilot on the left.
Richard had his movie camera out most of the way so would have got a lot of photographs as it was a clear day and would have seen the aerial shot of his destination Isurava Monument.
