Day 4: Efogi One to Nauro: This was the longest day so far. You begin to feel every step and late in the day, all you worry about is putting one foot in front of the other! Spirits are still high and the boys are always there when you need them.

    Starting out Day 4:

Day 5: Nauro to Camp 66: WOW! We thought yesterday was a long one! Very hot and sticky on this side, we both needed some help today. you always have to remember that they did it much tougher in 1942.

Day 6: Camp 66 to Owers' Corner: Hooray !!! Two hours walk and we're finished. One last big hill to cheer Rosie up! Thank you to all the boys, we could not have made it without you.

Very happy, very tired, very proud!

On behalf of the three KTL staff who walked with you and ourselves, we would like to thank you for choosing us as your preferred Kokoda Track Operator.

We thoroughly enjoyed catching up with you both tonight and hearing all about your adventure out on the Kokoda Track.

Perhaps one day we will see both or one of you again, lets hope so, until then, take care and thanks again for trekking with us and our KTL boys. rolleyes.gif

For anyone reading this, we would love to take you on the Kokoda Track so you too could experience what Tony and Rosie did. Please keep in mind however, that they chose a 6 day trek which is quite hard. An 8 or 9 day trek is quite achievable for the average person. To walk a 6 day you have to be that little bit fitter and prepared to walk a much longer day.
