MemberOn the way back into Port Moresby we stopped off at Bomana War Cemetery where they had a relaxing look around before heading back to the Gateway Hotel where it all started from how many days ago ? ? I guess the family back home waiting to hear from them knows the answer as they have probably been counting off the days!

New Reply: Trek 328A – Nairn family!
Thank you again, Gail, and photos of them too! Great. And they don't even look too trek weary! We hope they'll phone us tonight from Port Mosesby and we'll look forward to hearing all about it when they get home tomorrow. Your daily updates and photos have made it all much more interesting for us and we have on forwarded the website to a number of interested friends as well.
Excellent effort all round. Joanne N.

Gail
Please pass on congratulations from Trekking Group 390 (Terr's Trekkers) to Tom and the boys. We met them as we had a cold beer and a wonderful wash come swim at Russell's property at Kokoda. It has made the Kokoda trek last longer following their progress via your website.
All our group are home and most like me back at work dreaming of breakfast on a mountain top or a cold mountain wash. The Kokoda trek will stay in my memory forever and the boys are already making plans to return to Papua New Guinea.
Regards
Norm Tame

Wow you all made it . How good that must feel. Well done to you all .
Emily is missing her dad , so is the wife…..who is going to give Tom a big smack over the knuckles for not contacting them on his arrival to let all know you were safe and sound.Thank goodness the trecking company was with it and has this wonderful website to allow us to follow your progress. Well done to you Gail from Kokoda Trekkers.
We miss you and can't wait to see you Tom when you get back home.
Love Julie and Emily NUpdate: I did remind them to contact you all….I think it was Tom who made the comment that he would get on the internet tonight – here's hoping after we left he did!
