“My son and I walked the trail in June 2019, along with new friends, dynamic dad and daughter duo Bob and Katie, and we will never forget the experience. Our guide Tony was fantastic as were the rest of the Kokoda Trekking crew; Chris, Tom (Hanks!), Kingsley, Morris, Oliver and Peter. The information provided by Kokoda Trekking, both beforehand and during the trek, was excellent with Nathan always available to offer invaluable advice. We learnt a lot more about the history along the trail and walked away with a much greater appreciation of the heroic sacrifices made by so many. The trail certainly isn’t easy but with the right fitness level, and positive attitude, the rewards are worth the challenge. We would highly recommend Kokoda Trekking and thanks again for a truly wonderful experience.”
