And also special thanks to everyone else for sending all the lovely message to all of us. It really means a lot to us. Also, Rosie you?re a bloody legend.

Thanks again, we don?t know if we?ll get more messages, but please keep writing in coz, it makes all our day at the end of the day.

Hi to Rob, Dec and the rest of Trek 113,

What a super fit bunch from the Alfred – I guess the Eco challenge will be next after this walk in the mountains!

Rob your sister sends her love from somewhere in Ireland and glad she has a motel room everynight and not with you. <img src="http://developer2/board/upload/style_emoticons//tongue.gif” style=”vertical-align:middle” emoid=”:P” border=”0″ alt=”tongue.gif” />

Great to see everyone is going so well – just goes to show the cold and dark of Melbourne must have something going for it.

Keep safe and have heaps of fun!

Mum & Dad

P.s. I think Carmel is missing Rob, same for Deb and Dec

<img src="http://developer2/board/upload/style_emoticons//rolleyes.gif” style=”vertical-align:middle” emoid=”” border=”0″ alt=”rolleyes.gif” /> Small world that you should meet up with one of my "mums and babies" what a happy memory of Lae times. I guess Jessie is the Mum and a big hello to you. Sounds like you are giving the team a fantastic experience. Will look forward to hearing all when you return. Take care everyone. Rosalind

Editors Note: Hi there, no the mum is not Jessie, its me Gail….

Gail Thomas (pen name aussie on this website)

You delivered a son on the 5th January, 1979 (Nathan Thomas) and a daughter on the 7th July, 1980 (Mikayla Thomas)

You may remember me as a close friend of Denise Vincenz and Bev Howell. Denise used to be the matron of Angau on and off when she wasnt training a new person to take over. At that point she would end up back in the maternity ward all over again. As for Bev, she walked the trail with me last November and is still working as a sister in Brisbane. She walked at the age of 65 and did really well.

Well, now that I've got it worked out there's no stopping me! Keep on keeping on. Onward and upward. Eagles creamed the dockers and we have come to the end of an era in cricket.Graham, you'll understand that Andrew is about to kill everyone involved with cricket!!
It must be quite surreal where you are. Enjoy the difference. Bermie I hope you are getting enough cuddles to see you through. Bin and Rach, I'm sure you are leaving the others in your wake. :wub:Til we talk again,
Luv youse all. I'm exhausted thinking about what you are doing. Mum and Rosie one and the same!! <img src="http://developer2/board/upload/style_emoticons//biggrin.gif” style=”vertical-align:middle” emoid=”:D” border=”0″ alt=”biggrin.gif” />

Hi Guys

I am glad that you are all doing so well. It has been freezing here. Just when you thought things were getting bad….. <img src="http://developer2/board/upload/style_emoticons//unsure.gif” style=”vertical-align:middle” emoid=”” border=”0″ alt=”unsure.gif” /> think of the movie 'Gallipoli'…..what are your legs made of?????? Steel springs! Or as Anna Sullivan said "just run Forest or blow your leg off and we will do the retrieval!"

Anyway, stay safe. Graham, Richmond will probably loose again so maybe you might want to stay a bit longer… <img src="http://developer2/board/upload/style_emoticons//mad.gif” style=”vertical-align:middle” emoid=”” border=”0″ alt=”mad.gif” />

See you when you get back,

Em <img src="http://developer2/board/upload/style_emoticons//tongue.gif” style=”vertical-align:middle” emoid=”:P” border=”0″ alt=”tongue.gif” />

Bernie,

Tried to send a message the other day but didn't know where it ended up. Been speaking to Mum and Dad and they are well and send their love. Dad is fine and is much happier now you have done all the hard stuff.

Annie said to say, dad, dad, dad and mum, mum, mum because thats all she can say.

We have our new car and Fatty says the only way he would do Kokoda is to drive the bloody thing!

Have you met the fuzzy wuzzy of your dreams yet?

Ciao for now!

Love Nelly, Fatty and Annie
