Trek 113
They arrived in Efogi 1 village since lunch time today and now they are all having a look around the village and just going for a stroll with the porters. All are still doing fantastically well and having a ball of a time out there. I?ve informed the guide to let them know that, if either one of the trekkers wants to send a message, please let them do so. But right now I don?t think so; they are still out of the campsite area, probably when they get back they?ll be sure to drop in a message or two.Efogi 1 village, looking so quiet and peaceful.

MemberHi there Team of the 113,
Ash here again – much encouragement for you all, and more *kisses and hugs* for young Rach, go girl!!
Hope you are making the most of the weather up there as its been terrible in Melbourne – very cold – it actually snowed on the great ocean road a couple of days ago would you believe.
Take care and good luck, hope the photos are coming along well!

MemberHi Dec and all trekkers. News from Brisvegas for Declan – have the new house, have moved most of the little stuff in, just the furntiure to go tomorrow then home sweet home! Of course it won't feel like home until you come home. <img src="http://developer2/board/upload/style_emoticons//wink.gif” style=”vertical-align:middle” emoid=”;)” border=”0″ alt=”wink.gif” /> The cats are happily at Nanna and Pop's although we may have a custody battle to get the little fur-faces back again as they seem extremely happy playing in bushland! Missing you

MemberDear Bernie,
Hi mate. Well I have been trying and trying to get on the site but as you know when we are minus a few staff things go pear shaped. It has been really busy and this is the first chance I have had to get on.Don't worry, I have been thinking of you everyday, especially when I come into the office as it has been very lonely without you. I miss you and hope that you are enjoying yourself. Kepp up the good work and I will email again soon.

Mel wanted to say that the corridors of the Alfred are extremely quiet!!
I think I can, I think I can, get up that hill – George.

MemberDear Bernie and Alfred Team,
We ahve been keeping a close eye on your trek and it sounds like you are doing well. Keep up the good work.
You have missed all the rain and snow that we are having here in Melbourne. So enjoy the weather over there.
Stay safe and take care for now.

MemberMessage from the trail: trekkers are ok and hamamas (happy) when they called in from Mt Bellamy, the highest point on the Kokoda Trail.
They were planning on spending the night at Templeton's 1.
Jessie was in the car when she received this call so could not read out your messages. The first time our guide Salvador calls again we will share with trekkers all your postings…keep them coming as they love hearing from friends and family.
cheers
Gail
