MemberMark is now heading for the finish line as he is now at Templeton's Crossing 2 for the night. Message just received this afternoon from Arnold Jinga our guide:
I received a text message from our guide as follows: Our present location is Templeton's Crossing 2 where we are spending the night. Mark is struggling with a left knee problem but I did what I know for him and now Mark is feeling better. Tomorrow we are heading to Isurava.

MemberThis trek has now reached Isurava and will walk off the track tomorrow into Kokoda. Arnold sent a couple of messages today from Alola where they stopped for lunch and a later one. He said they were ok and heading for the finish line. Well done Mark you are almost finished your trek.
Apparently heavy rain yesterday out on the track.

MemberWell done to Mark as he walked off the track today in Kokoda around 10:30am and under the archway. At the present time he is relaxing in a creek washing his dirty clothes from his walk I have been told. Tomorrow morning he will be driven down to Popondetta for his flight back to Port Moresby. Congratulations for us all.
