MemberClement Harika from Saga Village in Kokoda is their guide. Clement is seen in the photograph below on the right with another of our guides, Kingsley Boropi who decided to join them for a couple of days before turning back to wait for another trek heading out next week that he is listed for.

MemberClement phoned me on the sat phone earlier this afternoon to say they had reached Ofi Creek where they were camped for the night. Last night was spent at Goodwater campsite area.
Tomorrow they will head to either Naoro or Agulogo depending on how the trekkers are coping with the conditions. So far so good, everyone is fine and doing well.

MemberLast night was spent at Agulogo. This was followed by a tough walk today through the village of Menari and a hard climb up to Brigade Hill. They pushed on further and now find themselves at the half way point of Efogi.

MemberClement phoned to say they were at Eora Creek. He also said trekkers wanted to walk off the track tomorrow one day ahead of their schedule. Picture them tomorrow as they head up to Alola Village. A few hours later they will walk into Isurava Memorial before heading down off the track towards Kokoda.
