MemberThis group have reached Agulogo their destination for today. I spoke with Clement Harika their guide earlier tonight and he said they are all doing well and tomorrow looking forward to reaching the half way point of Efogi. It would have been a big day for them today so I was very pleased to hear they all did extremely well.

MemberThis trek walking in the opposite direction will meet up with trek 1077 tomorrow morning as they are at 1900/Myola Junction. I spoke to both guides an hour or so ago and it seems everyone in both teams are doing well. Clement's guys it would seem are toughing it out a bit more but all are doing well and telling some stories.
Tonight I heard about how one member was electrocuted years ago, a missing toe etc. So yes, trekkers are bonding with their porters and sharing some lifetime stories! On our treks we encourage this interaction between trekkers and porters so always nice to hear such stories as Clement was quite passionate when informing me.

MemberLast night was spent at Eora Creek and today they will be walking up through Alola Village. Then down to Isurava Memorial before continuing on to Isurava Village to spend the night. The guys must be getting excited about now, knowing they are heading for the finish line in Kokoda.
