MemberThis group left Owers' Corner on the 4th August and spent their first night at Goodwater campsite. The next night saw them at Ofi Creek and last night at Agulogo. Today they head to the half way point of Efogi. Trekkers in this group include :

[*]Damien TonksEveryone is doing well as they head along the track with our Kokoda Trekking guide Sione Orosambo and porters.

MemberI received a text message last night from Sione Orosambo:
'We are now at Launumu, and we are all good. Tomorrow the plan is to head to 1900/Myola Junction'.

MemberSione phoned this afternoon to inform me they were safely at 1900/Myola Junction where they will spend the night. Picture them tomorrow as they continue heading down the track toward the finish line in Kokoda. Everyone continues to do well.

MemberThis group have now reached Eora Creek. Tomorrow picture them walking into Alola Village. Later in the day reaching Isurava Memorial area before heading further down the track to Isurava Village for their last night. Everyone continues to do well and no doubt looking forward to finishing their walk.

MemberTrekkers are perfectly positioned at Isurava Village tonight in readiness for a 7:30am start tomorrow morning. The plan is to reach Kokoda around 2pm. According to Sione, trekkers are well and happy and looking forward to finishing tomorrow their successful trek. Go trek 1034, you will soon walk through the archway in Kokoda.

MemberCongratulations are in order as this trek is now off the track and at the present time heading down to Orohaven Pija for the night. Well done everyone from all of us here at Kokoda Trekking
