Two days ago Brad Newton arrived in Port Moresby to look around. Today he commenced his walk across the track with Trevor Jinga as his guide and Johnsford Eroro a their food porter.

Around 7:45am they got away with the destination today being Ua'Ule Creek.

This trek has now reached Naoro. According to our guide, they pretty much have the track to themselves. Its wet and slippery but they are all doing ok.

This trek is still going well. After spending a night at Naoro Village they continued their walk reaching Efogi for the night. Today they are on the move again heading to 1900/Myola Junction for the night. Brad is doing well but suffering from chaffing. According to Trevor, one of our Anzac trekkers gave him some medicine which Brad has been applying to help treat his problem.

Update 5pm: This trek has now reached 1900/Myola Junction where they are spending the night. Brad is now ok as his rash responded to the medicine Trevor shared with him.

Tomorrow they will head down to Eora Creek. Turns out they have the trek to themselves, well that is until they pass our next trek that flies over to commence their walk in Kokoda tomorrow. They should cross paths somewhere around Isurava on the morning of the 9th.
