    hi guys -P'matta lost the footy. You must all be very tired and dreaming of a hot bath and soft bed. Not long to go now. Congratulations to all of you on your achievements.
    Haven't had a lot of feedback or photos lately so hope your legs/knees are holding up and that the weather hasnt been too unbearable.

    Looking forward to speaking to you tomorrow night at the Gateway.

    Mick Fennell,
    Congratulations Mick on a wonderful achievement. It is all downhill from here, only the crossing of the Brown river your last major hurdle.
    How does it feel to have trodden in the footsteps of history?
    Did you feel the 'spirit of the diggers' at Isurava? What a great site.
    Looking forward to swapping notes sometime in the future.
    Best regards…….Dennis Hedges.

    Congratulations to Jennifer and Toby Robison and Jon and Mark on a successful trek. Womble is doing well but is now missing several teeth. She is enjoying her holiday at the resort with Wookie.

    We enjoyed following your progress on the website and look forward to hearing about all your adventures. See you soon. Mary and Alan

    Update 26th September, 2005;

    Trek 102
    This group came out this morning, with all trekkers looking more and more happy for completing their trek successfully, without any problems.

    WELL DONE TO YOU ALL & CONGRATULATIONS.

    They were then driven down to Bomana War Cemetery, where they had a last look around before heading back into Port Moresby.

    Tonight, they will meet up with Gail and Russell who will present their Certificate of success at the Gateway Hotel, along with all their Fuzzy Wazzy Angels.
