    Hello there all,

I have just published some stories on some Aussie diggers who some of you may be familiar with. The first is Jim Cowey (he was the 52 year old WW1 Veteran who fought with A Company of the 39th Battalion at Kokoda.

The other is based on a family (MANUSU) who had two brothers killed at Eora Creek with the 2/1st Battalion.

Just thought that you might like to take a look.

    Website address is medalsgonemissing.com

Thanks for looking and congratulations on a great website.

    Kind regards Gary

Hi Gary, have just read your article on Jim Cowey and wonder how many other Australian's know about this man.

If you were to forward to me any of your articles relating to Kokoda, I would love to post in full on this website and on my other png website – http://www.pngbd.com

If you agree, please email as a word document so I can copy paste along with images to:

    Hi Gary

I am on this site just about every day and do not know how I missed your most interesting post.

I did look at the site you have given us in your post and found your articles there on Jim Cowey and the Manusu family most interesting indeed.

One must wonder how many more similar stories are now lost to us and our history.

I recommend that anyone finding this post should like myself read your very well written articles.

Thanks again for such a great job.

    Brian
