SUBJECT: Popondetta Flight Operations
To our Valued Customers,
Due to heavy rains being experienced in Popondetta, two bridges linking the township of Popondetta and Girua Airport have been washed away by heavy flooding.
As a result of this and effective immediately, all Popondetta flights are now cancelled until further notice.
Updates on flights to/from Popondetta will be advised as and when information comes to hand.
