In June 2006 one of our trekkers collapsed and a short time later passed away at Ioribaiwa Ridge. A few weeks back I had the pleasure of meeting up with his family in Shepparton when they drove down to my parents home to hand over to me a plaque they had made to place at Ioribaiwa where Ian died.
Three of our KTL boys walked in with cement and the plaque and returned last night. We are happy to share with you now some photographs taken yesterday. Our staff also walked around and collected some flowers and shrubs to place at the same area to pay their respects.
