    hey everyone,

Ill start with a little about me. Im 20, I live in Adelaide where i study a BA International Studies @ the university of south australia, with the ambition to join the army at the end of 2007. Im looking to do a trek mid next year – between uni semesters.

My reason for wanting to do the trek is that im sick of just, studying, going to the gym, working and going out. I hate how this is currently how my life is defined. I guess i want to test myself. I want to get out of Adelaide and experience something totally different than the majority my age do and extremely challenging.

Anyway hope to meet all of you in the forums.

    Regards

    Simmo

as they say in PNG, hi tupela (hi to both of you)

Kokoda will be both a challenge and one of the best things you will ever do in your life. Even though you are not trekking with Kokoda Trekking Ltd I would welcome your feedback Jess as to how you enjoyed your trek once you get back from PNG.

If I can be of any help in your preparation, I am living at present on the Gold Coast so please feel free to give me a call.
