MemberHi Terry
Well you are all on the home run now! Hope its a bit easier from here. I bet that Beer is looking pretty good for all of you!!!!!
All ok here. most of us are down with the Flu, so its been a good week for you to be away.Sport update for you:-
In Cricket : The Scotland vs Australia game was abandoned because of rain. Australia now has only this weekends 2 day match against Northamptonshire before the fourth test next Thursday. Cricket Scotland had to refund spectators an estimate of $300,000. Australia and Scotland are in the same pool.In AFL last night The Dockers (80) defeated Saints (75)
A goal from JUstin Longmuir after the siren, gave the Dockers a thrilling come-from-behind AFL victory .After the Swans 84point win over Brisbane last Sunday- Sydney will be gauranteed a top four finish & a home final with a win against the fifth place Kangaroos tomorrow at the SCG. GO THE SWANS!!!!!!!
Well my sweet, take care on the final journey to Port Moresby and we'll break open the Champers on your return. We are all very proud of you…. GO Terry! GO!
Love as always

MemberDear Terry (Fellow Pilgrim),
Fifth attempt – but not as difficult as what you have achieved. Great to see the photo of you, Serg and Peter. Inspirational stuff! I am looking foward to many "two beer stories".
Only one more sleep at our end as well. 14.7 kg and 10.5Kg – not too bad. We will see you on 13 October in Sydney.
Sainters are in big trouble! But you may know this from reading the detailed despatches from the Trafalgar Ave sports journalist.
Lots of love

Trek 99
The group was up at Imita Ridge, when their guide John, gave me a call on the two-way-radio to inform me of their whereabouts. He said all trekkers are doing ok, and still going strong. They will slowly make their way down to Uberi and from there, continue to Owers Corner. He also said that, they will probably come out to Owers Corner around 10:30am ? 11am, the most. All trekkers are excited and can?t wait to finish their walk.

Trek 99
The group made it out yesterday afternoon, all trekkers and porters looking well, strong and in good shape. None of them looked sick or unhealthy, all looked great. There were no injuries what so ever, all did terrific and made it out safely. We met up with the group (trekkers and porters) at Airways Hotel yesterday evening around 4:50pm, while they were refreshing themselves with some beer, chats and all smiles on each faces. All trekkers looked happy and excited, so that definitely shows they had a ball of a time, while they where out on the trail, so that was great.
Earlier before that, the group was picked up at Owers Corner, and was taken down to Bomana War Cemetery, to have a look around, before heading back into Port Moresby, and straight to Airways.
Congratulations To You All & Well Done
The visit up at Bomana War Cemetery.
