The 2005 Sunday Mail Escape Expo – Brisbane – Australia 8th, 9th & 10th April, 2005
Our journalist Alison Anis and one of our Kokoda Guides Chris Suma left PNG yesterday to attend our stall at the 2005 Sunday Mail Escape Expo to be held in Brisbane this coming weekend. As I write this, both Alison & Chris are enjoying a day out at Dreamworld. Last night they went for a spin around Surfers Paradise where they are staying with my family. Later they had dinner and went to the movies and watched a Will Smith movie. When I spoke with them late yesterday, they were both talking non stop of their experiences since they arrived in Australia. If you are not doing anything this weekend, why not pop in and say hi to them. A big thank you to the Australian High Commission for opening on Monday so they could collect their passports with their Australian Business Visa's. Both Chris and Alison were scheduled to fly out on Sunday but had to postpone their departure due to the office being closed last Friday.
