On behalf of Kokoda Trekking we are all looking forward to meeting you all later this month. Our staff are counting the days until our trekking season commences again and according to reports from Kokoda they can't wait to get back to walking the track again.

Until then, any queries relating to your trek please contact Nathan who is based in Australia. As for myself and Russell Eroro we take care of your needs once your trek commences here in PNG until we return you back to your respective hotels.

For anyone staying in Port Moresby and attending the Bomana War Cemetery for Anzac Day, we will be running shuttle services back and forth to cater for our trekkers as transport is included in your Anzac treks.

Until then, please continue to train as hard as you can leading up to your departure from Australia.

PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO WEAR YOUR TREKKING BOOTS ON THE FLIGHT TO PNG as if your backpack goes missing, you can still trek as most other items can be replaced but not your shoes:

see you all in the not too distant future!

The days are now running by so fast that it will not be long and you will all be here ready to walk the Kokoda Track. For us its been hectic of late but we were able to finish the packing over the Easter weekend so now we can see our floor once again as there for awhile it looked like a storeroom.

Food was flown into the half way point of Efogi on Sunday so all we are now waiting on is for you our trekkers to arrive.

Our first of 21 boys arrived in from Kokoda to wait for the first trek to head out on the 15th April and they have been a big help in packing all the food for themselves and other Anzac treks as being Easter all our other staff are on days off.
