MemberHello All,
if i may firstly congratulate you on such a great forum,
I had no idea this kind of support and information basis exisited. My self and my 2 brothers have begun preperation to do the walk late next year.
For me, its a ground up rebuild of my body.
I was given my ticket from the Army after ruining my knee in 2002, it has plagued me, and after many attempts at surgical repair, its now as good as it will ever get and thats not great.
I where this http://www.gallbrosmedical.com.au/htdocs/I…/FlexSport.html permantely now and my life has better changed for it. its with this new knee i have begun a new life, and now a new out look on life.
My Pop fought in the battle of Wau and the brothers 3 feel its time to visit where he fought, but that means the Black Cat trail, and to do that we must first conquer Kokoda.
Because if the reports are true, fi you cant do kokoda, forget Black Cat.SO…i am very interested in any advice futher to the above regarding knee care on the track, it would be greatfully recieved.
Again, my congratulations on the great forum and website.
Regards

MemberWelcome Porter
i have only walked the track once so i am no expert, but did surprise myself by never
feeling that i was not up to the challenge or that i was going to fail at any time. I would love to answer any questions you may have to the best of my ability.
cheers mikmac - AuthorPosts
