    Congratulations are in order as this group walked out in Kokoda and are presently relaxing at Orohaven. Well done everyone!     Trekkers are now at Isurava Memorial area and tomorrow will walk off the track into Kokoda. This is the place where the Australian 39th Battalion, average age of 18, fought desperately to slow the southward Japanese advance in August 1942.     Trekkers have now reached Templeton's I and continue to do well. Tomorrow they will head to Isurava Memorial to spend the night.

    The guide for this trek is HORACE YAUGA who comes from Kokoda but who has been schooling in Port Moresby throughout 2012. In August Horace came 2nd in our annual Kokoda Challenge Race in just under 19 hours from Kokoda to Owers' Corner.

    This his trek is spending the night at 1900/Myola Junction. Everyone continues to do well with not a problem in sight.

    Trekkers must have been excited to finish today as they were already on the track at 6:30am heading for Kokoda.
