Trekkers had a short day today from Menari to Efogi the half way point. They would have had a tough walk up Brigade Hill before heading down to Efogi.

Tom Quick and other trekkers have now reached 1900 where they are camped for the night. Word continues to go out about what a gutsy effort Tom is putting in to complete his trek. Kingsley phoned in from Kagi where they are spending the night. Seems Kingsley slipped over yesterday and hurt his knee but with medicine is ok. He said his two trekkers, Tim and Tomas Heard are powering along and doing really well.
