Last night they slept at Orohaven our camp in Kokoda. I spoke with Ben by sat phone earlier in the afternoon and they said they had just been for a swim in the creek and were enjoying themselves hanging out in Kokoda.IMGP5171__Small_.JPG

Hi Lorna,I'm guessing Gail doesn't know there aren't too many high rise buildings out the back'o Bourke. Do as much step work as you can in the gym. A stair walker for hours would be the go. Update 24th October: Trekkers came up at Owers' Corner as planned yesterday morning around 8am and were picked up by our drivers. Update 24th October: Trekkers came off the track yesterday morning around 8am and were back in Port Moresby before midday. make up a solution of bi carb of soda and warm water, put this in the bladder and turn it upside down so that it runs into the hose, leave it for about an hour and then rinse well with warm water, pushing it through the hose, that's what worked with mine. good luckNettie
