We heard from the track this afternoon that everyone was doing ok and that they were about to head down to Ua'Ule Creek where they would spend their first night on the track.

This morning trekkers were picked up at 7:30 for the drive out to Owers' Corner. Our staff eagerly packed the troopcarrier as they had been up since 5:30 having their breakfast and were keen to hit the track. Trekkers spent last night at Alola, and will walk down to Hoi village today where they will spend their last night on the trail. They will walk out to Kokoda tomorrow and overnight at Orohaven. All trekkers are doing well and enjoying the Kokoda Trail.

I received a satellite phone call this morning around 7am to say that they spent the night at Manari. Today the plan is to have another short day and walk down to Efogi the half way point where they will sleep tonight.Wallace said everyone is doing just fine and send their love. He added that they are playing card games and having fun!

Wallace called up from Maguli Range earlier today to say as planned they reached Ua'Ule Creek where they spent last night. Today they were heading for Naoro Village.
