Earlier today trekkers would have walked through the archway situated at the Kokoda Memorial Hospital which was erected by the Kokoda Memorial Foundation. No doubt when they reached this point they would have been so PROUD of themselves. Well done trek 717. PC060736__800x600_.jpg

Trekkers have now reached 1900/Myola Junction where they will spend the night before walking to Efogi tomorrow, the half way point.I heard from another of our treks earlier today and the guide said the guys were doing it easy and enjoying themselves. Received a phone call today from Maguli Range. Wallace sounded really happy with his team of trekkers and porters as he told me of their time together since we said goodbye to them at Owers' Corner. Received a sat phone call to say the group have reached Eora Creek where they are sharing the site with one other trekking company. The comments were that everyone is well and doing ok. The first night as planned they reached Ua'Ule Creek. Last night they were at Jap's Ladder and tonight have reached Agulogo which is near Menari.
