MemberHi everyone, as we are in final stages of planning and packing for your upcoming Kokoda treks, we wish to advise the following.
Re final payment: We request that if you have not already done so, please make arrangments to settle your upcoming Anzac Treks. If already paid and not allocated against your name, please advise date and method of payment so we can allocate and mark as paid.
Trek costs are made up as follows:
Cost per trekker: $2050.00 per person
Cost for a personal porter $510.00Two options available for payment as follows:
Option 1 – Credit Card: Visa and Master Card. Your payment can be made using your Visa or Master Card and it will be processed in real time. We utilise secure SSL encryption on our payment forms and we do not store your card number on our system for security reasons.

Option 2 – Bank Transfer. You may make payment by transferring your fund into our bank account. You must write down your name as the transfer description or note or reference so we can identify your payment. Our bank details are as follows:

Account No.: 002 683 061Re Information Packs: Anyone who has paid a deposit should have received our information pack which includes a book written by Bill James. If not, please contact us urgently so we can trace back through our postal records.
Re other information required prior to your trek:
a) date of arrival in PNG
b) where you will be staying, ie which hotel
c) proof that you have had a check up with your local GP and been declared fit to trek
d) we require a copy of your travel insurance policy details either scanned and emailed to us or faxed to the following number: 0011 675 323 4217See you soon
