Hi everyone, sorry I have not posted anything until now but have been tied up with other matters and have not had much time to update our website.

Trekkers got away as planned and trudged through the mud and climbed the many hills. They spent their first night at Uberi. Their second night at Nauro, followed by Menari last night and Efogi Saturday night.

Neil and Donna flew back in today from Menari as Neil had still not fully recovered from his bout of the flu and found the going quite tough.

All other trekkers were doing ok. Ian I believe has had to dig deep but is ploughing on. Justine also did not feel so well yesterday but is determined to finish so she too is digging deep.

Message 2: Darren sends his love to Caroline and Phoebe. Very hard, feet sore, but having a ball with the locals.

    love Darren

Message 3: Hi to Natty and Nathan – see you soon.

    love Craig

Received a message from Craig this afternoon to say they have made it to Templeton's Crossing 2 where they planned on spending the night.

I asked how Justine was going and Craig joked that she is out in front everyday and its hard to catch her.

Tomorrow night they the plan is to stay the night at Isurava Battlesite Monument area and then move down to Kokoda the following day.

Good News: all trekkers have arrived at Kokoda and tonight when I was talking to Craig by sat phone he was really excited.

They will fly back into Port Moresby tomorrow and should be back in their hotel around mid afternoon if not beforehand.
