Howdy all,
I am very interested in trekking Kokoda. I just have a problem and that is I am still in school and studying Year 11. I was wondering if there are any tours in the Christmas holidays,say about 6 – 12th or a similar date and even in January? I am unsure if I would be able to complete the tour any earlier in the year only possibility ones in mid October. I will not be able to do the Trek after the Christmas holidays as I would begin having HSC trials after.

Hi Grant, many thanks for your email. As we are based here in PNG we can take you out on the Kokoda Trail anytime to suit yourself, December included.
In fact the boys of Kokoda just love trekking at this time of year and wonder why we dont get Australian's lining up as they say its the best time for the adventure of your life.
So basically you pick any trek you would like. The added bonus is that you are a student so you get the special price of $1000 including a personal porter your own age to trek with you as we are trying to encourage more young Australians like yourself to walk and remember the diggers and what they did to protect Australian from invasion many years ago.
