1. Have you paid as yet? Please check our schedule area thoroughly to see if you have 'paid in full' written beside your name. If you have paid and your payment has not been recorded, please email me urgently with payment details such as method, date & amount paid.

If you havent paid as yet, your URGENT attention is required as payment in full is required before your trek.
2. Have you taken out your 'Travel Insurance that includes medical cover'? As this is compulsory before you can trek, please bring with you a copy of your policy details and pass to me for our records.
3. Have you purchased a product such as Gastrolyte to treat and prevent Dehydration.
4. Have you seen your GP to ensure you are fit to trek?

MemberPocket Money
It is a good idea to carry some pocket money during the trek, perhaps around 20-50 Kina – in small notes of K2's and K5's. The local villagers often offer you to buy their fruit and produce which you might like to have for lunch or dinner during the trek.

MemberPersonal Favorite Snacks
If you have favorite snacks you'd like to have during the trek, such as snack or fruit bars, please bring them along. You may do some shopping at the supermarket in Port Moresby prior to your trek, if you arrive 1-2 days ahead of the schedule. Please note that as part of your trek package, you will also be provided with some snacks as well as meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

MemberAnzac Day Dawn Service:
As the Bomana War Cemetery is located on the outskirts of Port Moresby and some 20 minutes drive, you will all need transport on the morning of the 25th April to attend the Anzac Day Service.
Some of you have indicated you will be hiring vehicles. For those of you who will require transport, please advise me on the night of the briefing so I can arrange whilst you are out on the trail.
Cost will be $15.00 per person and is payable on the night of the briefing. Please do not worry about converting into Kina as I would prefer dollars. I will then arrange and pay for transport on behalf of all trekkers requiring transport on the morning of the 25th.
The vehicle will also be available to drive trekkers to the Australian High Commission for the gunner's breakfast and on for anyone requiring a lift to the Yacht Club for a game of two up etc, please add an extra $5.00 making a total of $20.00.
