On the 25th April ourselves and our trekkers were up bright and early for the drive to Bomana War Cemetery to attend this year's Anzac Day Service. This year there appeared to be a large crowd who attended as it fell on a day off for the general working public of Port Moresby which was good to see.

Also a big turn out this year of trekking companies compared to a couple of years ago when the road from Owers' Corner to Sogeri saw a lot of buses bogged, thus not everyone making it to the service at Bomana.

After the service, our trekkers attended the 'Gunfire' breakfast which was held at the Australian High Commission.
