    I was just thinking…I do these as part of my regular gym program and they hurt like all hell sometimes – after about 25-50 each leg for 100-150 metres, I'm sure yours would be burning too!

    Anyway, I was thinking about incorporating these into my training for Kokoda.

    Any thoughts?
