Hi all,
Just a quick note to advise trekkers who are traveling to PNG. Form attached to this post.
It has now been brought to our attention that all trekkers who are applying for Tourist Visa need to fill in a Medical "Health Screening Form" prior to entry. This is in addition to the Visa Application Form contained in information packages.

that foreigners seeking to travel to PNG to fill the Supplymentry health Form before they can be granted Visa: Download the supplementary Health Form here. The Public Notice which has been prepared in consultation with the Department of Health, National Agriculture Quarantine and Inspection Authority and Local representative from the World Health Organisation is available."Kind Regards,

Health Screening Form.pdfJust a quick update regarding the Form. Have spoken to The PNG Consulate. If trekkers already have the visa you will not need to re-apply for the Visa from what they have said.
For trekkers who are yet to apply for the Tourist Visa you will need to fill the form in to accompany your Visa Application.
